When you discover the most magnificent natural places on Earth, you find yourself wanting to live completely connected to the elements and your surroundings. We created this special collection of homes to that idea and to celebrate the sea and sky, majestic cliffs, lush tropical canopy, and even the very air we breathe.

The process

Working with Miami-based developer PEND, we were brought on to shape the full brand experience for Casa By Pend — a collection of four luxury residences in Mexico. Our role covered brand identity, website design, and a sales brochure, all tailored to attract a discerning international buyer.

We began with strategic discovery sessions to understand PEND’s vision and the lifestyle their homes would offer. This insight informed the development of a refined brand identity, one that balanced minimal luxury with a grounded sense of place. From the wordmark to the colour system, every element was designed to reflect calm, coastal sophistication.

Next, we translated this identity into a seamless digital experience. The website was designed to feel architectural, clean, intuitive, and visually immersive, allowing the property’s design and story to take centre stage.

Finally, we developed a printed brochure that mirrored the tactile beauty of the homes themselves. With thoughtful typography, floorplan integration, and curated imagery, the brochure became a vital sales tool for PEND’s team, both in Mexico and abroad.
